    To prove your stay during the 5 months prior to the regularization application, you have several options; you must choose ONE:

    • OPTION A: A valid Empadronamiento certificate (census registration), which must have been issued within the last 3 months
      • OPTION B: A health card, medical report, or clinical history from Social Security featuring your name.
        • OPTION C: Transport passes in your name or proof of bus travel. Alternatively, utility bills in your name (electricity, water, internet), such as mobile phone bill.

    To prove a family unit in Spain consisting of minor children or first-degree ascendants (parents) with whom you live, you must provide:

    • A Collective Census Registration Certificate (Certificado de empadronamiento colectivo) that demonstrates you are all living together

    Note: For children, school enrollment certificates from Spanish public education centers can also serve as official evidence of both family unit and stay
