What passport is considered valid?
It must be complete and valid from the country of origin, including all pages, also the blank ones, in a single PDF file and strictly ordered (original and copy of all pages).
How can I prove my residence before January 1, 2026?
To prove your stay during the 5 months prior to the request for regularization: valid registration certificate (empadronamiento) (with a validity of 3 months from its issuance). Failing this, any other valid proof in law that proves that stay, such as a transport pass or health card, provided it includes personal data that allows the applicant to be identified.
What criminal record certificate is considered valid?
It must be issued by the country of origin, translated, legalized and apostilled according to international conventions, and valid (maximum 3 months from its issuance).
What is considered belonging to a family unit in Spain?
To remain in Spain together with your family unit, provided it is composed of daughters and sons who are minors or adults who have a disability requiring support or who are not objectively capable of providing for their own needs due to their state of health or first-degree ascendants with whom they live.
